According to me a trainer is a person who is full of
knowledge regarding the process. Trainer should be a kind
of person who inspire the group of people who has joined
the BPO recently as there is some negativity in the intial
stage of a BPO job. Trainer is a person who make the
trainees love to learn. Moreover, trainer sholud not only
train but they have the capability to make people enjoy so
that trainees did not get bore of the session. The main
quality should be best knowledge of the product, the
capability of insipration, the capability of taking
responsibility and moreover giving responsibilty
further...........

product.. trainer not only teach about product along with
company rules & Regulation.. & trainer should have
qualities like stongly motivational power, descipline and
good communication skill.

I have,on an average spent 2.5 years in every company that I have worked for. Only this time I am planing to move out in 6 months.
