Trainer is always the first point of contact for a new
employee.He should have good communication skills,product
knowledge about the company,along with good interpersonal
skills .He should have patience ,be friendly and
interactive.His main motive is to give training to
employees effectively with good feedback sills.He should be
an asset to the company.
