for 120kw motor flc is 180amp at .8 pf so if we run this motor
on star delta starter we will use two numbers of 150sq.mm
cable from starter to motor and its main power cable will be
of 300sq.mm.

120*1000/440=273amps
we can use 300mm2xlpe cable.

for 120kw motor flc is 220A so cable size taken 1.5 times
to flc ie 330 300mm2 cable use

Can we use Motor protection CB while we use the VFD for Speed control?? if not means please tell the reason!!!
