The neutral current in a balanced load condition flows due
to the third harmonics which is basically due to the use of
inverter drives, PLC etc. in the distribution system.

in a balanced three phase system, no current flows in
neutral, in ideal case. but if the current is flowing in
neutral when the load is balanced that means its due to the
effects of harmonics.
