i have visited us onceson b1 visa . 2nd time when applied for student visa it was rejected however my profile was good 81 in toefl...71% in high school with science stream.now iam applying again for spring 2010.last time VO ask me that u apply again for visa but i haven't appllied.what should i do????
2611i am a student from nepal applying for f-1 student visa to study in usa. i have sufficent funds for study purpose with my maternal uncle being a sponsor from US. i have some ties to the country like, property, assets, and i am the only son. but there is only one problem i have score 62.13% in SLC but in 10+2 it is only 52.60% and IELTS score of 6.0. that means i am not a serious student, can this problem cause for the denial of visa, please answer it, if no then please suggest me what to do? or please provide me a reason for " why low marks "

The place where I live is not covered by DHL.So in order to get an expedite delivery of the SEVIS receipt I ordered the delivery to the address of one of my friends.Everywhere else however a different address(the one mentioned in my passport)is however mentioned.Can this fact affect my chances of getting a F1 VISA?
My visa got rejected because of insufficient funds and fake bank statement.... Vo checked my bank statement and calculated something and said "due to insufficient funds I'm refusing your visa".... She didn't return the bank statement to me... The amount was removed from account before the visa interview date... I'm really worried that will they contact bank people to know whether the amount is there or not... Will they take any action against me for presenting fake bank documents... In fact we have 2 crores worth property ,but the problem is that the property is under my grandfather's name... So I have taken the fake documents as the real documents were not ready for the visa date ... Could you please let me know what to do

Hello all, I have been approved for Ph.D with full funding and I have a minor with me.So, should I file his application for F2 (that is dependent Visa) with my F1 application or fill it later once I got approved for F1 and then go with drop box option?
