hi, i got my visa rejected bcos of fake documents(financial and experience)... my consultancy opened an account and deposited the amount till my visa interview....and the consulate found it out and i was rejected the f1 visa...i attempted twice again but in vain. so i deffered my admission and i have been issued a fresh i20 and also availed loan from bank...so planning to apply for visa but could u please help me out about whether i can get the visa after all that happened and if yes can u give me few tips

3119In our JNTUK system, there is a two subject exception rule, means we can leave two subjects without writing exams or can leave two failed subjects without clearing by the end of engineering. I failed in a subject in my 4th year and didn't need to clear it, so left it. I got all my certificates and got job at the same time. I have been working in infosys from past 3 years till date. Now I am applying for student visa. My doubt is that, do we consider that failed subject as a backlog or not? Do I have a backlog or not?

I have applied for an undergraduate course in America and got admitted, but the problem is i have done my undergraduate in India also. So I was wondering will they give me F-1 Visa again. because i have heard that once u do undergraduate they do dont give visa again for undergraduate. Also if I still sit for an interview and they reject me, is it true, that i will never ever get Visa again.

Hello, I request you guys to help me I am in need. Here is my situation: I got denial on Jan 15-2010. University where I applied: California international University (small university,course was international business studies) Sponsors: Were in USA(my sister) Family Situation: Father in Govt service Mother LIC Agent A Younger Brother(who is well settled) According to me I got denial cause I have sponsor over there. Now please suggest me what changes I should bring So that I ll get VISA. I have thought of few : Like in DS 156 not to mention about my younger brother so that it will be like "I am the only son & I have the responsibility to take-care of my parents"(though I know that they have my past records).
