Hi All , I would like to share my(Me) and my wife(W) H1B Interview. Interview Date: 28th Aug 2007 Place: Mumbai It went like this.
3 14460I went for an interview in Mumbai Consulate. I got everything from my client offer letter, Tax returns client's offer letter etc. But still he refused and told that he requires unemployment wage report from Petitioner. Can anyone suggest that after i got the papers they will reject me ?

3104During H1 B visa interview sometimes they ask for "project description letter". I guess our boss should give this. But my boss asked me to draft the letter myself and he would sign it for me. Can anyone please tell me what needs to be in there. I guess a lot of details regarding project, could anyone tell me how long and what details need to be there. My interview is on the 11th of april 2008. If any one could provide a sample that would be really great. I would like to have some template kind of thing.

I am working here with a software company for 3 years but before 6 months it was taken over by another concern and now all my revisal letter and pay slip will have both the companies name logo etc..... my questions is.. My certificates(10+2 onwards) are having the Surname of my parents mentioned but my Passport(which was made based on 10th certificate where even my name was without surname and I made it after changing my name adding the surname) is not having the surname of my parents mentioned. My question is, will it be a problem for me when I apply the H1B visa? I do have the US B1 visa. I have done BE in Mechanical and have 2 years 9 months of experience in IT company (completing 3 years in dec). Have been to US on B1 visa March 2010 . hi i have a valid H1B petition.(approved on oct 2010) It is approved for California location for a client A. Now i could not go for the client A since project is not available. I got project for client B in same california location but different city. I have filed fresh LCA now. after going to US my job involves frequent short travel to other states / cities for the support work. Can any one help me * Do i need to apply for fresh LCA if the client name changes & location ( changes within the state CA) * Can i travel to other states and cities for short term support work ( 2 weeks maximum ) * Possiblities of getting the visa in my case? My company processed the H1B visa for. Propably I will get the interview date by next month. I have 20 days overlap in one of my previous experience. i.e. Company A Service certificate shows 4 Jan 2005 to 25 Jun 2006, Company B shows 5 Jun 2006 to 16 Apr 2008. Whether it will leads to any rejection on my H1B? Please clarify. Thanks Suresh
