3 14612I went for an interview in Mumbai Consulate. I got everything from my client offer letter, Tax returns client's offer letter etc. But still he refused and told that he requires unemployment wage report from Petitioner. Can anyone suggest that after i got the papers they will reject me ?

3161During H1 B visa interview sometimes they ask for "project description letter". I guess our boss should give this. But my boss asked me to draft the letter myself and he would sign it for me. Can anyone please tell me what needs to be in there. I guess a lot of details regarding project, could anyone tell me how long and what details need to be there. My interview is on the 11th of april 2008. If any one could provide a sample that would be really great. I would like to have some template kind of thing.

I am working here with a software company for 3 years but before 6 months it was taken over by another concern and now all my revisal letter and pay slip will have both the companies name logo etc..... my questions is.. I have done MCA in 2004,has been into IT and ITES for past 3 years.I worked as Team Lead for .net,j2ee programmers.I didnt went in that way,since i was not into programming .net or j2ee.Hence I have done ABAP recently.Iam now looking for ABAP openings.During a process, I came to know about H1B jobs.Some consultancies in hyd,chennai does process h1b.They take fee of more than 1L and they bring the documents that we have been selected to their onsite company in usa.We go to consulate and get stamped.Once we reach usa,they market our resume again to get the right job.Once we get the job,we pay them % monthly.The 1L which we pay initial is refunded.What do you think about this process?Can anyone suggest whether I can go for that or not?Please provide your valuable inputs. Hello All, Recently my brother had interview @mumbai consulate although he got H1petion in CHENNAI.unfortunately he had applied fake experience letter from mumbai company.I think they VFS had verified it. On the day of the interview the consulate got him fake and made him write that it was a fake experience letter and gave this statement"WE WILL PROCESS YOUR WITHDRAWAL REQUEST". luckily they left him with passpot as he is higly qualified,nothing is mentioned in passport. Now my question is: 1. can he apply in future for USA again. 2.I heard that he cannot apply in his LIFE TIME, how far it is TRUE"-- Appreciate your Kindly HELP Advice: If you apply make sure some or other answer your call.
