I have completed my B.E. in Information technology this year.. I m trying for
H1B .. i want to know is it difficult for freshers to get H1B ?how many years
relevant experience is necessary ? If i go to US on dependent visa , can i then
try for H1B ?

first of all u go to usa on dependent visa..before going
there u wil join in some institute on java or .net.....ctc
technology.then u apply for h1b in the year of 2011.with
fake experience of 2 yeras...k all the best

Hi I got H1B in 2008 quota. It is not stamped on my passport yet. I had 8 yrs of Exp but Currently I am not working from last 9 months due to recession and some personal issue. I went for an interview in Mumbai Consulate. I got everything from my client offer letter, Tax returns client's offer letter etc. But still he refused and told that he requires unemployment wage report from Petitioner. Can anyone suggest that after i got the papers they will reject me ?
