I have had arrears in my subjects while studying right from 1st, 2nd & 3rd year and few subjects a single digit marks. Now I have around 11years of IT experience as IT Manager. Apparently, I have a chance to go to the USA on H1B Visa(yet to get the letter in hand). Now my question is will the US consulate reject my stamping just because I have failed mark sheets though I got it cleared later? Can someone answer?? Thanks

1 3980I’m Rakesh,presently studying in SRM college(BSc-computer science). My visa got rejected. Here is my case. I completed my 12th grade and I scored 1037 and scored 86 in TOEFL ibt. I did not immediately apply for the USA university,there was a gap of one year,during this one year I’m doing my BSc-computer science in SRM college. I got the I20 from the De anza community college,cupertino,california. I’m going to pursue Computer information system in De anza. The VO asked me that, why am I changing from bsc course? secondly, he asked “why are you going for the 2 year college rather than picking a four year college”? And thirdly,he asked me why dint you apply for the college as soon as you complete your 12th grade? Why are you suddenly discontinuing this college and going for De anza? So let me know the ways to get thru the interview!

5 16973hello me shavi..today was my interview regarding f1 visa for MS in IT....BUT i got rejection..The VO asked me..how many university have u applied to?? i said one that is concordia university wisconsin..den she said why u have not applied more than one univ.i replied...i attended a seminar that was organized by concordia univ in our city..where i submited all my documents,den they approved my addmisson nd gave me conformation letter,,,so den i didnot feel any need to apply for another univ....then VO asked......a long lec..nd in the end she said...u r not a serious student.....now tell me wt shud i do..if i apply again for interview nd wannna to apply in more than 2 univ..den wt costs i have to bear......i also have not given any TOEFL nd IELTS coz dese r not required for concordia univ...suggest me wt to do now if i apply again for interview...

My Company going to file L1-B next week.i completed my MCM FY in 2005 & due to health problem i was not able attend MCM final exam in 2006 hence i passed the MCM final in 2007 means i did 2 Year PG in 3 Year after that i have 3 year 6 month of IT experience.Do the 1 year passing diffrence in education can cause any issue in Visa.
