Hi, I went to the USA in Feb 2008 on an H4 visa, there i applied and got an H1 visa. However for some reason i had to get back to my country- India in Nov 2008 - Now, i am going back to the USA next month as my husband has got a job opportunity there. I have a few queries : If i go on my H4 Visa, will my H1 visa still be valid? Should i go for a stamping againg for my H4 visa. My H4 will expire only in the later months, do i still need to get it stamped in my scenerio I do not have a job currently in the US. can i go on my dependant Visa as my husband is in the US. Look for a job and then get my Visa stamped . Please suggest.

hello everyone I have a question which is making me tense as I have visa interview in next 2 days.I am a current student from virginia international university with F-1 visa.Due to some reasons I am going to attend visa again before it got expired.Unfortunately I couldn't drop my documents because i have transferred my university.Now,as I have interview in 2 days I am worried about this question.I will be thankful if anyone could suggest any conveniencing aswers for this question. hi...this is mahe from hyd .i completd my bachelors of physiotherapy in 2009 WITH 65%,.i have 8 backlogs ,and igot I20 IN MBA HEALTH CARE MANGMT from liu,my toefl score is92 ,gre below 700.still now i didnt book my visa slot.due TO fear of backlogs,LOW GRE SCORE AND I CHOOSED MBA,,,,,,PLZ TELL ME HOW CAN I CONVINSED OFFICER ABOUT MY BACKLOGS,GRE AND MBA(bcoz my degree is pure science background) .....THANKU PLZ PLZ PLZ its urgent my intake is in spring 2011

Hi, I got rejected 3 times for B1 2 years back. but that time i was working for small company. now i am going to appear for the L1 visa. my profile has couple of changes, one is, i am working for a bigger well known company and now i have completed MCA. earlier when i got rejected B1, i only had MBA which is not a technical degree since i am into software development. I am qualified technical architect. can any one let me know what are my chances to get through L1? it is urgent please thanks in advance

Will i get the visa?, I travel to us back in 2007, with a tourist visa and stay to work, got married in 2008 with a citizen and got my green card, when i applied for a renewal i got an extension on my green card while proccesing but i got back to peru and my application was rejected while overseas on 2011, never got back to us since. Know i have an option to go work in a cruise line and need to apply for a c1d visa, i want to know if i have a chance to be approved or its just a waste of time for wath happend in the past.
