2 5726After HSC, I did diploma in computer application and technology (full time 2 years consist 4 semeseter) hence i got admission in Bsc[IT] second year then i completed 2nd and 3rd year and have my Bsc[IT] degree. Now I have education like: SSC + HSC + 2 years DIPLOMA + 2 years OF BSC[IT] 10+2+2+2=16 my question is.. am i eligible to file L1-B visa through my company? as per the rules US needs 16 years of education or 15 years education + 3 years of experience. but i dont have that much experience. so please let me know whether my education can be treated as 10+2+2+2=16 YEARS?

In first name in first name instead of T it is given as P in 5t character. Will it be a problem for Visa. 1 5816My name is A, i not U.S citizen, i was processing K1 visa till me and my ex have no longer in relationship so we're made decidsion for stop the process of K1 visa but the problem is for cancellation visa the petition(my ex- boyfriend he is US citizen) have to send the letter for USCIS to cancelled it but since me and my ex broke up, my ex try to be a jerk he was ignore to send any letter to cancelled the visa, B cuz he thinks that it isn't effect him at all. I been try to send letter to US. embassy in my country so many time and also inform the embassy for the problem. they only tell me that the petition it's only one person who can cancelled the process. i really would like to know is any way to cancelled the process without any depending ex- boyfriend?

I applied for a B1/B2 visitor visa in May and went to lagos for the interview although i was going to attend a training programme( Faith internaqtional training school) which was going to last for 5 months. i stated i will be staying in the USA for 5 months and i never lost a passport and have not travelled within the last 5 years but i am married with a son working with the local government and salaRY #180,000 Had all the necessary documents to back up my claims yet i was denied under the 214b sectiion, was issued the blue paper and the VO didnot check any of my documents. I have rebook the appointment again for this month next week although made changes to my previous claim that i lost an old passport with three countries visas, GHANA, PORTUGAL , ROMANIA where i visited sometime ago and got a reissued passport which is not carrying any VISAS as at now and also stated that that i will be staying in the USA for only 10 days as my church which recomended me for the training expect to return after ten days of the spiritual enrichment programme to be ordained a pastor . Do you think my past record could be used against me and what are my chances for getting the Visa now going to the embassy at Abuja ????

Hi all, my F-1 visa request was rejected two years ago (December 2008) and now I will try for the second and last time on January 7,2011. Previously my brother, who lives in the U.S.A, was my sponsor but this time I'm self sponsored and changed my university. I have got rejected my visa after issuing it the next day.bcoz they found my toefl test as fake.they took my toefl test score card and made me to write a letter of agreeing this misrepresentation of document.they have returned my passport by putting a cancelled stamp on issued visa stamp.can i have any chances to get visa again with genuine test score card.
