I have applied for an undergraduate course in America and got admitted, but the problem is i have done my undergraduate in India also. So I was wondering will they give me F-1 Visa again. because i have heard that once u do undergraduate they do dont give visa again for undergraduate. Also if I still sit for an interview and they reject me, is it true, that i will never ever get Visa again.

5 26596Hi, I am going to re-apply for my UK work permit visa. First time it got refused. As I went there on business visa and stayed there for 5 months. As I stayed there for 5 months and no explanation was provided from my side why I stayed there for such a long time. On this basic they refused my visa. Now I am going to reapply, and according to my knowledge they will ask for an interview. Can any one suggest me what all questions they will ask me? How I need to respond to it? 3 13091Hi , I have finished by B.E in 2006 ,after that i have been working in Infosys from 2006 till date.My company has a policy where i can avail a 1.5 yrs - 2 yrs of leave. Can i tell this reason to the visa interviewer when he asks for the reason for me to come back home ..India ?? I have applied for the university last year but differed the application due to personel reasons.. in case the visa interview asks me can i tell me that " as i was in middle of some project i couldnt take up the course last year .." Please help me.. Thanks

I had applied for MBA at a renowned German Business school and consequently have recieved an offer. I have a small doubt regarding my IELTS score validity. I had taken up IELTS on 20-Dec-2008 and scored a 7.5 overall.I had applied to the University on 20-Dec-2010. Can I apply for the german visa with this score? Will it a cause for rejection ?

My H1 visa was filed through US employer in April 2008. After one month (in may 2008), my current employer in India initiated the L1 Blanket visa processing and i got the visa in September 2008. I went to US and worked there on L1 visa for one month and returned to India. In November 2008, i have attended the H1 visa interview as it got picked in lottary. During that interview, visa officer cancelled my L1 visa and put a query on H1. But i failed to submit the required docs by November 2009 as my US employer didn't provide them. Now the same employer in India initiated L1 blaket visa and the interview is schedled in next week. Could anyone share any information that would help me to give my best in the coming interview?? And Second,will I be able to apply with this score or it is mandatory to score 7 in each module of Ilets exam.
