1. The feedback that I received from my friend/s studying in the university was very positive so I looked at the website of the university, interacted with the international advisor and was impressed by the curriculum and opportunities available for international students.

Firstly, this university has the major of my choice. This university also gave me a very quick response.The international adviser and program director were very helping throughout my documentation process. Tho i am finally secured this university has also provided me a remarkable scholarship which was bonus for me.More than that this university fee is reasonable and my sponsor can easily pay this. This is why i choose this university.

because based on my research the faculty to student ratio in this university is 1;18 and 50% of the classes have less than 20 students this will help me get individual attention fron the lectures,also what i liked more about this university is the university is giving me 76 credit hours out of whic 12 are dedicated to my elective means ill have more options to select subjects of my interest.finally i had a virtual trip in the school university and i was facinated since it has very experienced faculty and very advanced laboratories that would really help me in my career

I later emailed to the students over there & got a positive feedback Visa officer: How u support Me: My parents ( I didnt mention about scholarship & education loan) Visa officer: What are they Me: My father is GM in so & so company & mother is accounts manager in so & so enterprises. Visa Officer: What is your percentage Me: 57% Visa Officer: how many backlogs Me: 20 Visa Officer: Show me ur mark sheets Me: I showed Visa Officer: do u have any experience? Me: 3months exp & I underwent a leg surgery ( Actually I am 2007 passed out student & I underwent leg surgery for 2times, which is very rare condition & I had 3month work exp also. But in DS 160 form I didnt mention about exp. I dont want to tell lie to them so I told about 3months work exp & later I told about leg surgery. But she didnt listen to my surgery. Visa Officer: she told something Me: I didnt listen to her properly because I was upset & I told Thank you & I left the place with my papers So When can I re-apply for 2nd VI & wat to do with my 3yrs gap after undergraduation Plz suggest me I wanna know & I wanna undergo for the final surgery soon. To my surprise,my visa interview was too short and shocking. I had 1310 in gre and 109 in toefl. I completed BE in Elect and comm with 75% in 2007 and had been working in a multinational software company since then. i applied for masters in elect and comm in Lamar university with 60% fee waiver.. here goes the interview VO:( took my documents) how many universities??(raising his eyebrow) Me:2 VO: Looking at me with questioning eyes? Me: Lamar university, Texas and Cleveland State University, Ohio. VO: Why did u apply for Cleveland University? Me: This is a good university, i got good reviews about this university from online forums and communities and it was offering me right courses in computer networking along with other courses in Electrical Engineering..... VO: Interrupted... it is not a very high ranking university, how can u say its a good university? Me: Ranking of the university was not my sole criteria... VO: Interrupted... ohh!!! (sarcastically) what was your criteria? Me: I focused on the department and the courses that were being offered.. Moreover, I got good feedback.... VO: Go.. Me: ok. can u give me the reason? Hello, i am Suraj. I got rejected on my ineterview on december 8th and have again taken the date for 17th.During my interview a guy quarreled with the interview taking person and then the same girl took my interview. My all documents are upto date bank balance is enough,self property is good,watevr she asked i told her fluently but also she rejected telling me that ma income source is not enough. I dont understand why i got rejected. The friends who had taken the interveiw along with me got selected though their family background is more poor than mine. i am afraid i will get rejected again. Any suggestions are welcome. Thank you
i was interview ,the consulate ask me two question,why i choose the university,and i convinced him with that,secondly he ask me what is my sponsor i told him my uncle,he ask what he does i said an accountant in a school and firm,he send with the code that state i did not show capability to complete study for my bachelor program with enough finance and i dont have enough tie,i plan to lie this time for my next appointment in addition to what i gave.what do u thinK?
hey im from sri lanka.. last wk i had my f1 visa intrvw for fall 2009.but its rejcted under the 214-b. i dnt knw whatz the exact reason. visa officer ws a lady. and 1st she askd 4 my acedemic levels, then abt my college. and finalay abt my sponsor...whn i gave her the answer abt sponsor she rejected me. actualy my 2 uncles badly want me to study very well. they are sponsering me and my parents and i have my own money also, college need only 50000$ for entire degree and i have more than that. can anybody pls tell me what to do. i wish to apply again
I had given my interview on 7th december 2007 n i have been rejected?i don knw why?before i had given so many interviews never got so confused?there was one lady consulate she was not lukin as if in a good mood?she asked me abt who told you about this dowling college in new york i told her that one of my friend in us everybody is saying this was wrong? now i again i am trying but really frustrate that again taht lady shouldn't come? will i get visa second time is it possible?
