My student visa was rejected on 24th june.It was due to immigration file.VO thinks that i will not come back to india.I am going for bachelor's degree at pennstate under collaboration program.So if pennstate write a letter to US consulate regarding me that they are taking responsibility of me that i will return to india after my graduation.So what are my chances for visa?
i got 73% in class 10th then created a blunder in iith and 12th failing in class 12th. Then i reappeared and got 62%. Then i took adm in btech electrical engg. Now there i got 9 reappears in first 3 years but manged to complete degree in 4 years with 69% aggregate. Can i get a visa and adm in a decent univ ?
Hi, I am applying for US Student Visa for MS Computer Science. Here is my Score and Academic Detail GRE => 980 (Q=680, V=300) TOEFL => 65 GPA => 3.4 Now my question is that - 1. Can i get admission in any middle level Uni. with above score and GPA? 2. If i get admission then can i get visa with above score and GPA Note: I have currently i am doing job and i have 2.5 year experience as a Software Enggi. I had 5 backlogs and i said i had 3 backlogs.lied to visa officer about the backlogs.luck was not on my side he asked my marks sheet and he came to know that there are 5 backlogs and he asked me...i explained him that according to our university we can takeoff 2 subjects which is true and vo is slightly convinced but not sure he continued interview ...should there be any problem if i apply second time.

i was interview ,the consulate ask me two question,why i choose the university,and i convinced him with that,secondly he ask me what is my sponsor i told him my uncle,he ask what he does i said an accountant in a school and firm,he send with the code that state i did not show capability to complete study for my bachelor program with enough finance and i dont have enough tie,i plan to lie this time for my next appointment in addition to what i gave.what do u thinK?
