I am married and my husband is in USA greencard holder So Visa officer will ask me about my husband and future planning to stay in USA and i am going to say all truths that in future ,i will stay will my husband And My Father is sponsoring me and i m going for MS in CS in California and what should i have to prove for all this....and what type of QUESTIONS i'll have to face and will be asked to ME in interview ??And IF in d end of the interview they reject us then WE should have to ask about reason of rejection OR not??? can you all plz give me suggetions Thankss...........

i lceared my high school in 2009-10 session then in december 2009 i aplies for f-1 visa of US n i was rejected,my score in toefl was 77 at dat tym.....den i applied again n was rejected. den i took my tym gave TOEFL again n updated my score to 85 n dis tym round i have also taken SAT test my result is pendind till 20th may. n dis tym i have applied to d same university n i got 50%scholarship as well....but i m really very nervous on giving my visa interview 3rd tym dont know wat will happen.....plz help me wid dis.....wat que. would dey ask me dis tym....n wat changes should i bring????plz help me

My certificates(10+2 onwards) are having the Surname of my parents mentioned but my Passport(which was made based on 10th certificate where even my name was without surname and I made it after changing my name adding the surname) is not having the surname of my parents mentioned. My question is, will it be a problem for me when I apply the H1B visa? I do have the US B1 visa. I am having 6.5 years of experience in IT and presently I am working in a reputed MNC. My company is soon going to apply for L1A for me. The reason I am worried because, the first company where I worked almost 2.7 years sold there business and presently there are no existence of it. Except the appointment as well as release letter from this company I don’t have any other documents like bank statement or form16 (As it was a small company we used to get the payment in cash.). So, in this situation if my present employer asks these documents during verification process I will be in deep trouble. Please advice me what should I do in this situation. Thanks a lot in advance.
