Hi all, my F-1 visa request was rejected two years ago (December 2008) and now I will try for the second and last time on January 7,2011. Previously my brother, who lives in the U.S.A, was my sponsor but this time I'm self sponsored and changed my university. Last time the VO said "You are going to work with your brother" and rejected my visa. So the possible questions for my visa will be as follows and please give me some possible answers. Thank you! Some info about me I'm a Computer Science graduate, I am a Webmaster and I run my own business and I sponsor myself for my Masters in Software Engineering. 1. Why this University? 2. Why did u change your University, (Why not apply to the same University)? 3. Why did you wait two years to re-apply? 4. How will u pay for your second year class? (I have enough account for the fist year only i.e. $25,000) 5. your bank book shows huge amount of money entered within a week...would you explain that? 6. What will you do after graduation? My student visa was rejected on 24th june.It was due to immigration file.VO thinks that i will not come back to india.I am going for bachelor's degree at pennstate under collaboration program.So if pennstate write a letter to US consulate regarding me that they are taking responsibility of me that i will return to india after my graduation.So what are my chances for visa?

I graduated my BE in April 2004 (though i got my certificates on october 2004) i joined my first job in on march 2005. And after this i worked here for about 1.5 years and resigned on August 2007. After this i joined a non thechincal call centre on june 2007. This being the case i have a period of gaps like 5 months between my under graduation and first job and 10 months between first and second job. Further i am working in a non tehcnical call center. How do you think i should tackle questions in this regard if asked about it please help...
