may occure they are copper loss and
iron loss. Copperloss depends on current
and ironloss depends on voltage. So the
rating is in kva or mva.

u can use variable frequency drive. Yaskava, fugi,franic are the
drive's compney, u can increase or decrease the speed by increse
or decrease the frequency. This is the best method for speed
purpose and also for protection purpose
