1)For proper mix, we need the important cohesive property of water which is not their in milk.
2) The milk is too expensive.
3) if milk is used it is waste of great food resource.

1)"A civil Engr is the person who goes to the field first and come out at the last" this is not possible by any other Engnr, so i've selected this basic branch
