Once a bug is found how do u report it?wat is the process?..

Once the bug is found we report that bug to the respective
contact person and depends on the company which tool they
are using to report the bug like some company uses QC some
uses Jack Track, some use Excel Sheet,some uses Bugzilla ETC
We enter all the information of that bug in the tool....
