no the circuit is not closed here so we don't get shock but
if you touch two phases by our hand in air means we feel
shock,thank you

When u hold the conductors wit ur hands wit out touchin
ground you and the conductor at the same voltage level so
ther s no current flowing through your body.
But when you tough ground current starts flowing through
your body and get electrocuted,,,

same you might have noticed in crows..

Since you did not touch the ground , the circuit is not
