Hi I am Ganapathy, My H1B got approved through my company.
I am also planning to apply H4 for my wife & my kids. My
problem is that i do not have the marriage certificate,
but I got an affidavit done with notary on my marriage. My
wife passport also carries my name
Will this be sufficient for the interview please suggest

Hi All, I have attended for H1B yesterday in chennai consulate. Interviewer was not happy with the project desc and asked for more documents mostly abt company profile and complete desc.she asked me to drop them in the drop box in hyderabad consulate.but she said not to drop the passport. can anyone let me know what happens next. shall i consider it as lost as she didnt asked for passport? or after checking the documents will i be asked to appear again if she is ok with the docs? or how is it gonna be? During this period i attend some graphics courses and joined classes to crack my post graduation entrance test. Will this create any problem for the interview.I have the certificates for the graphics classes that i attended. IF the officer asks me then what should be the response?
