Hi, I have just 1 year 10 months of exp. in Software field as developer and on Nov 5th my case status changed to "Approval notice sent". Now, I have 3 doubts. Please clarify. 1. I got H1B approval in 2009 quota. But I would like to give Visa interview in Jan 2011. So is it ok to give the interview after almost 1 year? If no, then what is the maximum time they allow for appearing the VISA interview after H1B approval?
I have got the approval on my H1B visa from a US company in 2010, and currently my Indian company is filing L1B petition. I didn't attend the H1B visa until now. I attended H1B interview at Hyderabad consulate on 30/04/2009. I have been handed over with a 221G white form and asked to provide more documents from petetioner. The VO also held my original Educational documents with him. Will this be a problem ? I hold my post graduate degree from National Institute of Technology, Warangal.
