Hi i hvae just attended a H1 B interview at mumbai
consulate during the interview visa officer asked me few
basic questions and asked me that are you going to work at
client side or inhouse project for this i told him that i
am going to work for inhouse project immidiately visa
officer said i have cheked your company's website and there
is no avidence of inhouse projects and said your company is
fake asked me to come again with supporting documents as
per the list given by him after 15 days time i went their
with all supporting documents that time same visa officer
was there, he has not asked me a single question and after
5 min time he told me thst youe compny has copied project
from the another company and your company and project both
are fake so don't hold your breeth because you are not
going to get the visa and gave me the 221g stating that
they will contect me via email in this case. what do i need
to understand? what will be the outcome ?

and wat u need to do.

221(g) means u never eligible for visa.i.e u r permenently
rejected candidate for usa.

I have done MCA in 2004,has been into IT and ITES for past 3 years.I worked as Team Lead for .net,j2ee programmers.I didnt went in that way,since i was not into programming .net or j2ee.Hence I have done ABAP recently.Iam now looking for ABAP openings.During a process, I came to know about H1B jobs.Some consultancies in hyd,chennai does process h1b.They take fee of more than 1L and they bring the documents that we have been selected to their onsite company in usa.We go to consulate and get stamped.Once we reach usa,they market our resume again to get the right job.Once we get the job,we pay them % monthly.The 1L which we pay initial is refunded.What do you think about this process?Can anyone suggest whether I can go for that or not?Please provide your valuable inputs. Interview question with US Consulate in Chennai. Next week I have appointment and my family is not going along as I didn't apply for passport till now for wife and child. Can someone help me how to deal with scenario as it is likely to come up during discussion with consulate there. Thanks
