SO OUR OUTPUT WILL BECOME A STABLE

If the receving signal is in between the limiter amplitude
the signal will not be distroyed. in case if its range out
of limiter we receive the signal with distortion. In first
case it is useful in avoiding noise and in second case it
deducts required data. So limiter should be adjusted as per
the data we receive (amplitude we receive).
