Entry Criteria:
1) Business Requirement is at least 80% complete and has been approve to date.
2) Technical design has been finalized and approved.
3) Development environment has been established and is stable.
4) Code development for the module is complete.
Exit Criteria:
1) Code has version control in place.
2) No known major or critical defects prevents any modules from moving to system Testing.
3) A testing transition meeting has be held and the developers signed off.
4) Project manager approval has been received.

Entry criteria:
Making the application ready for the testing being continued
by settign all the necessary system propeties, required
operating systems, necessary hardware configurations etc...
also checking for the necessary docs which need for the
application test.
Exit Criteria:
1. To check whether the docs made for the application are up
to date.
2. To check whether the application is perfomrming as
intended to, satisfying the requirements spec.
3. To check whether the testing has been completed on the
aplication with 0 bugs or above 95% accuracy.

Whats'the difference between Seviroty and priority .. Please answer in the follwoing way ? 1) Who will give the priority and Sevirity (ex - client/users and testers/developers) ? 2) If the client wants to give a high importance to an issue and for that the QA and developement don't think that much importance then how would be the situation ? 3) If a high sevirity issue is there but another issues is there with high priority .. Then which issue will be fixed first and vice versa ?
