Hi
As per Test engineer’s opinion, there are just 0.00001%
chances when you will not find any bug in any of the builds.
In real time scenario this never happens.
However if it happens after better testing coverage and
quality then we can surely say that, the coding is excellent.
Please correct if my analysis is wrong.

we can say it as a good coding..and really there is a
chance of .oo1% of getting a bug.. 100% we cant say that a
product is a defect free product...
"testing process is to prove the product/software does not
work" ;)

I think if tester is not able to find the bugs in all the
builds after through testing then it a excellent coding ..
By the way : Job of tester is not only to prove the bugs in
the system but also to prove system is not behaving the way
it should not behave
