electrostatic precipitator (ESP), or electrostatic air
cleaner is a particulate collection device that removes
particles from a flowing gas (such as air) using the force
of an induced electrostatic charge. Electrostatic
precipitators are highly efficient filtration devices that
minimally impede the flow of gases through the device, and
can easily remove fine particulate matter such as dust and
smoke from the air stream.[1]. In contrast to wet scrubbers
which apply energy directly to the flowing fluid medium, an
ESP applies energy only to the particulate matter being
collected and therefore is very efficient in its consumption
of energy (in the form of electricity).

ESP is electr static precipitator. With the help of corona
discharge theory it restricts the carbon particle in flu gas
and unburnt pulverised coal. By preventing the mixing coal
particle with atmosphere it save the nature from pollution.
According to Pollution control board the efficiency of ESP
must be 99.99%

Electric Submersible Pump.an artificial lift system that
electrically drives multiple centrifugal stage pumps to
lift oil and water from wells. The number of stages depends
on the size of the well casing, depth and the amount of
fluid lifted from the oil or water well

Is knowledge of properties of engineering materials is significant in pattern making why?
If you have a valve with an applied pressure, how do you determine the stress to the closed and open valve?
in gas pipe line is running, and leakage is take place, if possible with out stop the gas is welding ? how ?
why we use kg/cm2 instead of kg/m2 as a unit of pressure. As we know kg is a MKS unit and cm is a CGS unit. So why we use combination of both(kg/cm2)while describing the pressure.
