I was attended to the tech mahindra technical support process they wont given any topic to me they said, that talk one minute non stop on what you are familiare topic. I was explained the difference b/w govt. Job and private job. So finally i was cleared the round. And now i am a tech mahindra employee. Thanks to my self.

Hi friends here iam sharing one thing about the jam round in jam round some companies give choice to select your own but some companies they tell topic name we have to speak 1 to 5 min of time because i faced that problem. Thank you friends

hi friends .since last year i have attend a dell pvt.ltd .the round they had conduct in jam ,they are given a choose ur own topic and tell with ur profile before jam.they have given 3 mintues of time.the interviwer said to all every should finsh the jam maximum 3 mintues.in this interview 39 peoples came and finally 6 persons are go through the next round.
