generally my suggestion for the fresher or experience guys
who are lagging with the communication...firstly they should
go with regular words like we use.. i need pen,i m going and
we have to frame the sentence in simple words..then we
build our confidence we can easily done with the
communication go practice we can get through it...

pronunciation.those who have good communicaion skills are
selected for 3rd round which is HR personal

Mostly the jam topics given in a interview will be simple , but the problem is simple topics are difficult to present like pen, water bottle, tree, paper, red, green, water, air......etc.., In order to face a jam session we should get through with the topic like introduction of the topic , body i.e., explaining about the topic and finally conclusion.
