hi friends .since last year i have attend a dell pvt.ltd .the round they had conduct in jam ,they are given a choose ur own topic and tell with ur profile before jam.they have given 3 mintues of time.the interviwer said to all every should finsh the jam maximum 3 mintues.in this interview 39 peoples came and finally 6 persons are go through the next round.
