Hai everybody,
Good and thanks to all of you for giving a ideas. But here
we should discuss only Technical matters not for
management.
So coming to the point, first we should cut off the
incoming supply to the VCB, how? first we should open the
AB switch, then automatically the supply wont come to VCB.
Then remove the VCB and rectify it.

If Main incomer fail in our site Immediatly to Isolate the
incomming supply and VCB. Bec's to protect the inside Heavy
Equipment insite in our site, then to inform the situation
in our Authoriy officer, at the same time to ensure the
back feeding arrangement, Bec's can not maintain the supply
intruption in long time.
So, doing back feeding arrangement immediatly with our
higher authrity knowledge and also other officer sugection.

If the incomer is further joint to transmission line Than no worry!! just Bypass the CB beacuse there are always CTs & pTS for the measurement purpose & in case if any fault occurs than even in absense of the Vaccum circuit breaker (used for 110KV and above)
Where as if it is the Distribution than use DO fuse for protection

Hi Suppose we have a wye/wye transformer which is grounded at both sides,in this situation, do we have ay ground transformer? in other words, ground transformer can do any thing more (while we have nuetral wire in both sides)? As the last question, what about 3rd harmonic? we have two choices: first using wye/delta transformer + ground transformer and second using wye/wye earthed connection.in the former choice, we dont have 3rd harmoonic at the secondary side but what about Yn/yn conection? do we suffer from 3rd harmonic in the Yn/yn connection?
