A Public IP is that one which is viewable to the Network
on Internet..
A Private IP is local to a computer and is accessible only
in a Local Area Network

Public IP is the IP which is used in our personel computer,
it may change everytime when we boot the machine.
Private IP is the fixed IP which is provided to our modem
device from our Service provider. it cannot be changed by
the user.
