We will confirm that the air is fully saturated if dry bulb
temperature and wet bulb temperature are same.

if the relative humidity is 100% then we can say that air
is fully saturated.relative humidity is the measure of
amount of water vapour that air can hold.so if water vapour
is 100% in air then we can say air is fully saturated
