hi iam abdul from hyderabad is there any possibility to get an admisn for masters degree from good university in usa with 15-20 backlogs in engineering? but i got 88% in ssc,89% in inter,1020 in GRE and 89 in toefl?

Hello Sir/Madam, I had completed my graduation in BCA from Lyallpur Khalsa College ( regular) which is under Guru Nanak Dev University and got 59% in 2009. I want to do my further studies in New york or near to new york in USA . Which course is good for me? And which college/University is best for me where fees structure is not very high ? hi iam vishal i passed out my B-tech in 2008. i have 57.4% with 8 back logs. and i have cleared my last backlog after my B-tech. how can i answer this question can any one give me some good tip plz

I wish to do my graduate studies in one of the us universities in the field of computer science starting Fall 2010 and am waiting admission information from 1-2 univs. Two years back, I had attempted for H1-B visa which was put on hold. Subsequently since I got a good job in India, I did not pursue H1-B visa. Now I wish to continue with my studies after getting some job experience. My problem What shoudl I write in the DS-160 column asking: Whether you had applied for US visa earlier, if so what is the result. Whether I should write: applied for H1-B visa but put on hold or applied for H1-B visa, denied. Whether this will come in the way of my securing F-1 visa now? I got f1 visa rejected in dec'10, at t5hat time i did not mentioned my immediate uncles's name in Ds160 form who lives in US and has a citizenship.Now i am applying 2nd time. Do i have to mention his name although in first interview i told visa officer i do not have immediate relative in US? Is this the reason of my rejection? I am confused!!! please answer!!!!
