I am a citizen of Nepal and i would like to proceed my further studies in the USA. I have got my I 20 from a reputed college in the USA but i am not sure of getting the visa. In my transcript, i have got only 58.6% in my high school taking the science faculty. My family has the expenses to pay for my tuition fees. But i think they will not give me the visa regarding my very low percentage. What shall i do? Will i get the visa ?

hey im kamran... i gave my interview on the 19th of august.. and they took my passport saying they need more information about me... they gave me a slip and said i can check the status online... can you let me know what is this slip about... it is a white slip..

Hi, I am Nakkul chowdary i completed my 10th 2000 and intermediate in 2002 with 56% in 10th and 61% in intermediate and my b.tech in information technology from 2002 to 2009 due with many back logs as many as 50 and with 53%. I passed my 10th ( CBSE ) in 1998 ( 76% marks ).I did a Three Year Engineering Diploma in Computer Science in the period 2002 - 2005 ( 83% marks ).I did National Open School 12th Standard in 2009 - 2010 with Eng,Phy,Chem,Bio,Maths as subjects ( 84% marks ).I have Academic Gap in the period 1998 - 2002 and 2005 - 2009 as I was involved in family run small scale business.Now I plan to do Undergraduate Degree in Business in the U.S.A.I am now 28 years old.Will the Academic Gap affect my chances to get admission ?

I am from B.Tech back ground, i had Applied to do masters in Engineering management, and university gave Admission and sent I-20, if the interviewer asks why are doing masters in this field, even you are from B.Tech (ECE)? Can any one give me relevant answer, if interviewer asks that question

i got rejected on dec 8th first,,dey said income source n all that,,,,,,,,,,,,,,when everything was well enough,,and again today on dec 17th..i got rejected..that guy said student intent to study is not seen, what on earth am i to do?...and i have again tried my luck for the last time. its on dec 29th..anyone please can help me with this? if i was not intended to study why would i be trying and trying/

I have applied to universities for spring 2010.as alraedy dec 2009 has sarted i am really worried about the visa. i have recived admit from 1 university but that was not my priority so i am waiting for another university to reply.but since i havent god ny answer from them i wann to wait.so i need to noe that what the chances that they clear me if i apply after mid december..are there any chances that they would reject on the basis that i am too late n all.the university is opening on 10-25 jan. please help me to know that what are my chnaces to get a visa if i apply fo visa in or aftre mid dec? are there ny rules that u cant apply after or before some time. as i need to apply for F-1 visa i cant apply without my i-20..please help me
