HI,
I am Jigar Mehta. I had apply for F1 Visa on 8 june 2009 bt
they rejected it.Actually In my Case my uncle stays in US
and he had apply for green card for my parents and it is in
current stage within a year we will get it. But I was not
aware that It include me also. in my knowledge it was only
for my parents not for me. So VO asked me first que that
have u filed immigration application so i told no not for
me. so he thought i was not honest and he rejected. I was
honestly not aware of it that they consider full family for
green card. so now what should i do when i go next time for
interview? plz help.

after hearing my GRE and toefl scores which are 1020 and 85 respectively, if the interviewer ask that why the sores are so low what should i reply. And if same question is repeated for my degree %age which is 65% suggest me reply

I wish to do my graduate studies in one of the us universities in the field of computer science starting Fall 2010 and am waiting admission information from 1-2 univs. Two years back, I had attempted for H1-B visa which was put on hold. Subsequently since I got a good job in India, I did not pursue H1-B visa. Now I wish to continue with my studies after getting some job experience. My problem What shoudl I write in the DS-160 column asking: Whether you had applied for US visa earlier, if so what is the result. Whether I should write: applied for H1-B visa but put on hold or applied for H1-B visa, denied. Whether this will come in the way of my securing F-1 visa now? i got rejected my visa on 21june ..bcz i unable to give the aansewr about why dont you do ms in india ...i want to allpy again on this july 2nd week may i apply with in this short period and if he asked about why you rejected at last time? what should i have to give the answer?

I have applied for an undergraduate course in America and got admitted, but the problem is i have done my undergraduate in India also. So I was wondering will they give me F-1 Visa again. because i have heard that once u do undergraduate they do dont give visa again for undergraduate. Also if I still sit for an interview and they reject me, is it true, that i will never ever get Visa again.
