toefl score report so can i use printed copy of score
report which is shown in my toefl account?

According to US what exactly a backlog mean ? when v repeat a subject twice is it considered as two backlog or as just taken as one backlog...??? and r backlogs taken with respective to subjects or additional certificates..???

Hi i am goverment employ of punjab police in dia punjab . I am police constable . I have done master in police adminstration now i want to take higer from usa that is cause i had applied for global development and peace in university of bridgeport usa i got i- 20 and my interview on 8 dec . I have not done any langauage test so university wrote in i-20 student is not proficent in english yet. Is it will be ne gative in interview . My interview is few days away and am applying for a us student visa. I have completed my high school in 2005 and after that did a one year course of computer till 2006 and after that was helping my parents with there business till 2007 June. I then completed my swift course in NIIT which was a four months course and in midway appeared for the TOEFL exams. I HAVE APPLIED FOR US STUDENT VISA IN DECEMEBR 16. I GOT REJECTION. NOW I AM GOING TO APPLY SECOND TIME IN FEBRUARY. PLEASE HELP ME WITH THESE QUESTIONS. 1) HOW MUCH FINANCE I HAVE TO SHOW? 2) WHAT SHOULD I SAY WHEN THEY ASK ME THAT WHAT HAVE YOU MADE NEW CHANGES AFTER VISA REJECTION? 3) WHY HAVE YOU CHANGED YOUR UNIVERSITY? 4) ACTUALLY I HAVE TAKEN PRACTICAL TRAINING AND NOT REAL WORK EXPERIENCE. i got i20 and they said i have been accepted as a conditional graduate student(b'coz toefl score is 69) and once you come here the university coordinator will give you an ESL program.i want to know about this program ... is it difficult?is there any problem to go with conditional i20 to visa?
