A) You can move documents/reports/universes from one
environment to other environment using Import Wizard.

2) The auditor in the BO repository XIR2 used to keep a log
for every kind of event/action. So, for that particular
webi report, if there's no information logged in the
auditor table for a long time, then user can delete that
report.

2)How can you identify the users in webintelligence not

you can download a free application "lambda probe" which
helps you in getting the IPs of users logged on to BOXI. you
can do a lot more with this application like killing user
sessions etc.

It also clearly gives you the list of users that are logged
on to CMC or Infoview.
