for adding a new site first of all,go through the BSC,findout the Capacity of BCSU Card is there any space to add a new site if it is than first install hardaware for the BTS than take a E1signal from the BSC to that BTS.do all the Software process through the terminal.

For adding BTS Site into the BSC we first creat the LAPD
signalling(OMU) from BSC end for that perticuler BTS and
then according to the configuration of site we creat same in
BSC.
