Scheduling can be done in two areas

1. Infoview (which is explained in the before answer)

2. Through CMC (Central management console)

steps followed
1. Create a calendar according to your requirement.
2.Select the schedule tab in the object which you want to
schedule.
Note: In CMC object referes to report.
3.specify the destination
4.specify the format
5.select the calendar in the scheduling option and lookup
the calendar what you created for this requirements
6.schedule it

HI all
For sheduling any report open info view as admin
privilage ,then each and every reprot having a sheduling
option which is like a tab in bottom of each report click
on it then there is new window apper fill its all filed
like its sheduling time,its destination folder etc

Scheduling in BO XI R2 cab be done using infoview.Below
mentioned are the steps to follow

1.Open the appropriate folder of the report.
2.Towards the right side of the panel you can see the
reports available.
3.Below the report name "Schedule " option is available
along with History,properties.modify.
4.click on Schedule
5.A new window will pop up
6.Enter the details i.e When,Destination,Format etc.
7.Finally click on Schedule button.

The report will be scheduled

4. Caching options(you can export the document as excel,

I have two data providers with common dimension and measures. The only difference between two data providers is in condition 'Fiscal Year'.One data provider calculates for current year and other one calculates for previous year. So in prompts if I am passing 2008 as current year then the two data providers should be able to calculate for current year and previous year individually. So Can anybody tell me how to do calculation in data providers. ( I am using BO WebI report )

Regarding Hyperlinking in Business Objects. We have a few reports in QA environment where a number of hyperlinks are employed using OpenDoc function.In some of the reports,hyperlink is used to move to another tab within the same report.The formula used include "DocID" and ReportName="tab name".This works fine but now,for the PROD move,this will not work as the Doc Ids are subject to change. Is there a way to overcome this?Without DocID,how will move to a particular tab? Thanks in advance
