I am from Non-IT background(B.E(EEE)). I have 1 year 10
months experience in the current project as well as my
overall IT experience is same.
I have attended interview for L1 Blanket at chennai
consulate.The below are questions i faced in the interview.
1.What is your role in the project?
2.what is your specialization?
3.how many years of exp in XXX company?
4.what's your client name?
5.How many are there working in US?
6.what kind of application are you going to develop?
7.how many years of exp you have in this project?
For all the questions i have answered well.but they rejected
my L1 Blanket Visa.
Please let me know what might be the reason for rejection?
and how long i have to wait for next chance?
Is there any way to get L1 visa.

Dear,
Your case appears to be eligible. But as you might be
aware, issuance of U.S. visa is now very minimal. You have
to present your case as if there is no replacement for the
work you are going to do in the U.s.
You can surely get the reason for your denial if you let me
know how you answered questions 1,2,6 and 7.

Hi, I got rejected 3 times for B1 2 years back. but that time i was working for small company. now i am going to appear for the L1 visa. my profile has couple of changes, one is, i am working for a bigger well known company and now i have completed MCA. earlier when i got rejected B1, i only had MBA which is not a technical degree since i am into software development. Hi, I have my visa interview next month. My passport will expire on 11/2010. My father name in passport Achupha where as in all certificates it is Achutha. In first name in first name instead of T it is given as P in 5t character. Will it be a problem for Visa.
