In such circuits the frequency is internally divided by 12
to get 0.965MHz...(11.59/12=.965).
It is done so becoz the time required to fetch, decode &
execute instructions is about 1.0852 microseconds.Hence the
frequency would be 1/1.0852=0.924 MHz which is nearly equal
to 0.965 Mhz.

Consider sinc(x):where sinc(x)=sin (xpi)/xpi. and sinc(x) have max value i.e. unity at x=0 .now if x=0.then pix =0 and sin (pix)=0 at x=0. then above expression sin (xpi)/xpi.should be of 0/0 form i.e. in-determined form. then how sinc(x) is one at x=0. pi is constant.
