Sorry for the mistake guys.
The right answer to the question is 142.
If we place 2 on the left most side, then it results in 214 which is 50.7042% larger than the original number.
The % difference as that of my previous answer of 213.
SO the right answer is 142.

I think the answer to this question is 213.
If we place 3 on the left most side, then the resulting number would be 321 which is 50.7042% larger than the original number.
