Handover takesplace when subscriber moves from one cell to
another.
Based on algorithm calculated in BSC it ll be decided
wheather handover is necessary or not.
By determine the channel quality and signal strength of the
current cell and the adjecent cells.

Handover is a technique used when a customer on a call moves
from one cell to adjacent cell, the call must be either
dropped or the call is transferred from one radio channel to
another radio channel, the call cannot be dropped, hence by a
using a technique(handoff)call is transferred from one radio
channel to another radio channel.

well when the mobile station or equipment goes from one cell
coverage to another , the frequency of one BTS decreases and
another increases , but in emergency handover the frequency
of one BTS increases instantly and another decreases
instantly, sometimes causing call drop problem.

Two initially identical samples A and B of pure germanium are doped with donors to concentrations of 1*10, 20 m-3 and 3*10, 20 m-3 respectively. If the hole concentration in A is 9*10 12 m-3, then the hole concentration in B at the same temperature will be
