3.5 core cable means 3 cores is belongs to RYB (PH-1,PH-
2,PH-3) and .5 cor means either nuetral or ground conductor.

R, Y, & B phase are have same dia.
and forth wire have just half dai of rest 3 Phase i.e. RYB

The 3 indicates RYB and .5 Neutral. In normal conditions,
power supplied is balanced. So, no neutral current flows.
But in case of small unbalanced condtions, low amount of
neutral current has been found and hence to provide the
path for it, neutral wire is provided with half of the
cross section that of phase.
