BOARD LAST TWO MONTHS. CAN I CHANGED MY DEPARTMENT AS THERE
IS NO PROMOTION LIKE DEPARTMENTAL EXAM

Yes you can change your department. There are some
department who select canditates on inter deparmental
basis. Keep looking for such advertismernts in Employment
News. If selected your pay will be protected but you will
loose your seniority.

Yes, he always change his department because there is no
promotion like departmental exam. Some of offices like
Income Tax, Audit, CAG, Post& Telegraph,cusom where
promotional post and seniority pomotion are available. So,
he should be changed his department if permitted by the
authority.
