they can't because density of those gases are less then
density of air present in the atmosphere.

molecules of gases don't stay on earth though they have
mass bcoz of their lesser density the resultant of bouyant
force and gravitational force or weight of molecules is
acting in upward direction which make them to float above
earth's surface
