Hi i hvae just attended a H1 B interview at mumbai
consulate during the interview visa officer asked me few
basic questions and asked me that are you going to work at
client side or inhouse project for this i told him that i
am going to work for inhouse project immidiately visa
officer said i have cheked your company's website and there
is no avidence of inhouse projects and said your company is
fake asked me to come again with supporting documents as
per the list given by him after 15 days time i went their
with all supporting documents that time same visa officer
was there, he has not asked me a single question and after
5 min time he told me thst youe compny has copied project
from the another company and your company and project both
are fake so don't hold your breeth because you are not
going to get the visa and gave me the 221g stating that
they will contect me via email in this case. what do i need
to understand? what will be the outcome ?

there are diff kind of 221g. so find out which one you got
and wat u need to do.

Hi,My husband is approved for H1B visa and he needed to book for interview on September to go in October. He was once rejected B1 visa on March same year but we lost the paper and do not exactly remeber the reason of rejection but we know that it was because there was no enough ties for him in the UK and they were doubtful about if he would come back or not. If we cannot provide them the right reason, will they reject our visa. We have only got the papers which say that his H1B visa is approved.Please reply. Tina

I completed my graduation in 2001 and joined for my post graduation in 2002. So i have 1 year gap during this period. During this period i attend some graphics courses and joined classes to crack my post graduation entrance test. My certificates(10+2 onwards) are having the Surname of my parents mentioned but my Passport(which was made based on 10th certificate where even my name was without surname and I made it after changing my name adding the surname) is not having the surname of my parents mentioned. My question is, will it be a problem for me when I apply the H1B visa? I do have the US B1 visa. hi i have a valid H1B petition.(approved on oct 2010) It is approved for California location for a client A. Now i could not go for the client A since project is not available. I got project for client B in same california location but different city. I have filed fresh LCA now. after going to US my job involves frequent short travel to other states / cities for the support work. Can any one help me * Do i need to apply for fresh LCA if the client name changes & location ( changes within the state CA) * Can i travel to other states and cities for short term support work ( 2 weeks maximum ) * Possiblities of getting the visa in my case? Hi, I went to US consulate in Mummbai, on 16 th march 2009 and i was asked to get income tax papers of my co, list of employees and my income tax return.Whn I carried those papers and went again, the officer asked to get unemployment wage repot, but my co is not ready to send me the report, could you please tell me if there is an alternate doc to it?
