Hi i hvae just attended a H1 B interview at mumbai
consulate during the interview visa officer asked me few
basic questions and asked me that are you going to work at
client side or inhouse project for this i told him that i
am going to work for inhouse project immidiately visa
officer said i have cheked your company's website and there
is no avidence of inhouse projects and said your company is
fake asked me to come again with supporting documents as
per the list given by him after 15 days time i went their
with all supporting documents that time same visa officer
was there, he has not asked me a single question and after
5 min time he told me thst youe compny has copied project
from the another company and your company and project both
are fake so don't hold your breeth because you are not
going to get the visa and gave me the 221g stating that
they will contect me via email in this case. what do i need
to understand? what will be the outcome ?

there are diff kind of 221g. so find out which one you got
and wat u need to do.

Hi, I am working for Company X and Company Y, which I will join after Visa approved has already filed my H1 and I need to take an appointment. Now my Company X is planning for my Visa which could be L or H. What I am afraid of is that if I dont join the Company Y for which I may getthe Visa stamped or "Pending for administrative processing" inwhich they may keep my passport. Please suggest should I hold my visa interview for Company Y or ther willnot be any problem in both cases? Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

Hi All, I have attended for H1B yesterday in chennai consulate. Interviewer was not happy with the project desc and asked for more documents mostly abt company profile and complete desc.she asked me to drop them in the drop box in hyderabad consulate.but she said not to drop the passport. can anyone let me know what happens next. shall i consider it as lost as she didnt asked for passport? or after checking the documents will i be asked to appear again if she is ok with the docs? or how is it gonna be? H1B approved in October 2008 I got H1B Approval NoticeI-797B form which is valid from 3rd October 2008 to 21st September 2011.i still did'nt went for Visa stamping.I would like to ask few questions in this regard. 1.When is the correct time to go for stamping? 2.As i have applied from a consultancy so do i need to take any new employment offer letter from a new YYY company? 3.Presently i am working in XXX company?What should i carry from this XXX company? 4.If visa interviewer asks "If ur visa is been approved long time back then why you are coming now?" I want a perfect answer for this question. 5.I had applied for F1 visa long back in the year 2007 where it got rejected for some reasons will that affect my H1B visa? 6.As my H1B approval period of three years is getting complete when should i renew my H1b?Whether i should renew it in US or India?What is this employment stat date?I can't see this employment start date on my H1B approval I-797B Form?How many years visa will be given? and don't forget to answer this " What is the correct time to go for stamping and flew to US?
