I have done MCA in 2004,has been into IT and ITES for past
3 years.I worked as Team Lead for .net,j2ee programmers.I
didnt went in that way,since i was not into
programming .net or j2ee.Hence I have done ABAP
recently.Iam now looking for ABAP openings.During a
process, I came to know about H1B jobs.Some consultancies
in hyd,chennai does process h1b.They take fee of more than
1L and they bring the documents that we have been selected
to their onsite company in usa.We go to consulate and get
stamped.Once we reach usa,they market our resume again to
get the right job.Once we get the job,we pay them %
monthly.The 1L which we pay initial is refunded.What do you
think about this process?Can anyone suggest whether I can
go for that or not?Please provide your valuable inputs.

My problem is that i do not have the marriage certificate, but I got an affidavit done with notary on my marriage. My wife passport also carries my name Will this be sufficient for the interview please suggest

Hi All, I got H1B in the year 2008 and i have been there for 5 months and had my SSN and DL and i didnt hold any paystrubs and due to market down fall i was back to india and now am i eligible to apply in the same cap or need to go through fresh H1B filing. If fersh H1B filing what would be the questions as i dont have any paystrubs or will they ask about my previous working history. Kindly please suggest me in this regard. Thanks, Venkat
Hi All, I have attended for H1B yesterday in chennai consulate. Interviewer was not happy with the project desc and asked for more documents mostly abt company profile and complete desc.she asked me to drop them in the drop box in hyderabad consulate.but she said not to drop the passport. can anyone let me know what happens next. shall i consider it as lost as she didnt asked for passport? or after checking the documents will i be asked to appear again if she is ok with the docs? or how is it gonna be? Hi, I am a BCom Graduate from Bangalore University, passed outin the year 2000. I have had arrears in my subjects while studying right from 1st, 2nd & 3rd year and few subjects a single digit marks. Now I have around 11years of IT experience as IT Manager. Apparently, I have a chance to go to the USA on H1B Visa(yet to get the letter in hand). Now my question is will the US consulate reject my stamping just because I have failed mark sheets though I got it cleared later? Can someone answer?? Thanks
My H1B interview is scheduled next month. For docs relating to previous employer, I got only offer letter and experience cert only. I used to get salary in cash. I dont have pay slips also.
