u, r u ready to sign bond with the company. What if I will
pay u less salary? Answers should be in correct manner and
always be confident. Give interview in such a way that u
don't need job they need u.

well, in an operations round, thy'l ask for your commitment
wth company n job n may also ask whether" Are you willing
to work in any shifts"( nite shft) depends upon the job
requirement; all you have to do is! Be confident thats it!

should be positive in everything what ever you speak.Mainly
you needto start with the following points.
1)your self
2)education background
3)work experience
4)hobbies
They might ask you why I should hire you.Simply say your
skills and whatever the achievements you did with your
previous experience.In case if you don't have anything.Just
tell that your motto to do with company.Make this company to
be in no one position in this competitive world.
They might ask you how much you expect .
Show your confidence level in such a way that they pay you
more what you expect BUT never reveal your negatives.

hey guys .ned not worry abt this round...as it is quite simple comparing to th erest...hardly it takes 5-10 min.

The mostly questions asked in operation rounds check your
compatibility. They can ask how will u manage stress, they
can give u any topic randomly to explain so u must be ready
for your own read topic. even they can ask why sud we hire
you give two reason so u must know about all these things.

operations round is just another round that you would need
to clear.usually the last round,its way too easy to
clear.all you would need to do is be clear about yourself
and about your motives towards the company.they would just
check if you are the right person for the job or not.they
would check your stability for a job lay down the company
policies and all.for clearing this round you would need to
come across as a likeable person with a of good attitude
towards work and a sense of loyalty towards the company.i am
sure no one has this but you can always pretend lol !!! cheers

i think operational round is the toughest one in the whole interview.i was aked questions like tell me about your profile,work experiece,why you left that job,why not try job in the same field,whats your goal,why you want to join our company,tell me about job process,why not go abroad,why to join bpo,what do you know about bpo,how our company is benifited from you,tell me about ur family,.
one should be very confident while speaking,if hesitation is there means they wont select you.
